Donation Requests:

The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. MCASD supports other San Diego-based non-profits in their fundraising efforts when possible. To that end, MCASD has set aside a specific number of in-kind donations each year for local non-profit fundraising events. If approved, your organization will receive four passes good for admission to MCASD (a $40 value). Requests for cash donations will not be considered. Due to the overwhelming volume of donation requests received by MCASD, notice will only be sent to those who have been approved for donation. Please no phone calls. MCASD has established a list of eligibility requirements. Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a donation.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Your organization must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
• Your organization must be located within San Diego County.
• Donation requests must be submitted in writing on organization letterhead.
• Donation requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the scheduled event.
• Requests made over email or phone will not be considered.
• Priority consideration will be given to arts organizations.
